It’s hard to believe that the 2023 swim team season is almost over! Please join us next week to celebrate an amazing year of swimming, fun, friendship and memories! Tuesday, July 25th 5:00-8:30 in the Shark Tank IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, PLEASE DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER FOR THE PARTY (JUST LIKE YOU DO FOR MEETS) ASAP. Please arrive between 4:30 and 5 to check in and pick up your raffle tickets and ticket for dessert. Each family that completed their 3 required volunteer positions will receive 5 tickets to use in any of the raffle drawings they would like. Families that did more, will receive extra tickets (THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!) Please be sure to pick your raffle drawings as early as possible. Once we start raffling items we will not be able to wait if you’ve missed it. To keep the night running as quickly as possible, we will start the raffles while dinner is still being served- listen up to see if your number is called! We have lots of wonderful donations from very generous sponsors that will be available to win. Dinner will begin being served at approximately 5:30. Marco’s Pizza (one of our awesome sponsors) will provide pizza and salads. The bee problem prevents us from offering other sweet drinks, so we will have ice water but you are welcome to bring your own beverages of choice if you prefer something else (this is NOT a TSA sponsored event so alcohol is OK). After dinner, there will be the raffle drawings, trophy distribution and dessert! Jam ice cream truck will be here for dessert! The Sharks will be providing each swimmer with a free dessert (choice of soft serve ice cream or shaved ice). If you would like to get dessert for yourself or other children, please note that you will need to purchase that yourself, so please plan accordingly. Jam does accept cash and cards now. To end the evening we will be having some fun relays (parents, coaches and lifeguards will join in on the fun!). If you would like you or your child to participate, please be sure to sign up on the relay sheets we will have at the beginning of the party. This will help the relays go smoothly and ensure everyone that wants to swim gets a chance. We hope you and your family will be able to join us in celebrating a wonderful summer! Go Sharks! |
