If you can volunteer please email Tracey Zola at [email protected] you all for your help! WE CANNOT RUN THIS MEET WITHOUT THESE VOLUNTEER JOBS. You must sign up and complete 3 jobs in order for your child to swim!! If you have not signed up please do so!

All volunteers check in with Tracey Zola upon arrival. If you are running late please message at 215-868-0394. She will not be checking email past 4:00.

Information to know:

Time: Please arrive as close to 4:45PM as you can. Bedford at Falls River warm ups will begin at 5:30pm. Northbrook will warm up at 5:00. National Anthem will be at 6:00

Parking - The Northbrook parking lot is reserved for the visiting team; just please don't park in the driveway as it's fairly narrow. If the parking lot is full, parking is also available on the street and side streets. We've been hosting meets at Northbrook for 60 years with the nearly unwavering support of our neighbors, so we ask that our members and our guests do their best to be mindful of where they park in relation to driveways, etc. And please pay attention to the parking signs in the area. For example, there is no parking between the club entrance and the stoplight at Northbrook Dr and North Hills Dr - cars have been ticketed and/or towed from this area on past meet nights.

Heat assignments will come out Tuesday with Main Event swimmers details. Please double check if your swimmer is in a relay. Please email the coaches if you have a swimmer attending but did not declare! If you are in a relay you must stay to the end of the meet!

Officials Meeting:

Rest rooms are located in the building between the baby pool and the tennis courts. The tennis courts and the diving well are closed to swim meet participants and spectators. Home team warms up at 5:00 pm and visitors at 5:30 pm. There will be an Officials meeting at 5:40pm in the clubhouse (at the top of the hill).

The entrance to the pool area is at the bottom of the ramp located to the left of the clubhouse. The visiting team occupies the pool deck area bounded by the "L" shape of the pool. There is a shade structure on that side of the pool, and the pool is surrounded by trees that offer shade once the sun starts to set, but please feel free to bring canopies/shelters/etc and set them up on the grass.

Concessions:

There are snack-like concessions located at the clubhouse, at the top of the hill. In addition, there will be two food trucks at the meet, Smokehouse Bandits BBQ and Kona Ice. If we are expecting a large number of swimmers, we often have Mellow Mushroom pizza available as well.

Outside food and drinks as well as coolers ARE permitted in the outdoor pool area. Please no glass bottles or containers of any kind. Please do not bring food or drinks other than (plastic or metal) water bottles into the indoor pool area.
