****There will be a Wacky Wednesday held Wednesday afternoon as our last official practice, Please try to attend! A couple of our coaches will not be at the banquet!

****We will be honoring our seniors before the coaches relays. 

Life guards and parents are invited to be in a relay. Parents, if you would like to participate, we will have ONE parent relay for each team. Please email [email protected] if you may want to swim! I will take the first 4 emails I receive. WE WILL HAVE RELAYS AT THE BANQUET AS WELL!

Deadline to declare for this meet is Sunday July 17th! Please go onto https://bedford.swimtopia.com/ and click on the swim meet date and “meet entry”, your swimmer should come up, then click edit and declare “attending this meet or not attending this meet” and then click save.

ONLY DECLARED SWIMMERS WILL BE ABLE TO SWIM!!!

PLEASE WEAR YOUR TEAM T-SHIRT for our TEAM PHOTO!

All Volunteers check in with Tracey at the front gate, She will not check her emailafter 4:00 so if you have any issues please text her at 215-868-0394.

We need one clerk of course and 1 place judges! Thank you! Please contact Tracey directly if something comes up and you are unable to fulfill your commitment. Thank you for all of your help!!

Please remember the park and slide pool are CLOSED to ALL SWIMMERS. Parents please keep a watchful eye on your kids and remember they should stay with a parent or guardian until their kid pusher calls them.

PLEASE bring a water bottle so you and your swimmers stay hydrated. Please remind your swimmer to remove their cap after they swim so they can stay cool .

Have your shark wear their team shirts!

Arrive: 4:30 PM (as close to 4:30 as you can)

Warm Ups: 5:00 PM Team Photo 5:35 at the slide!

Meet Start: 6:00 PM

Home side:

Tables behind starter under pergola (please leave the two directly behind the starter for managers and scorers/ribbon writers)

Tables at the far end of the pool, under pergola--½ for Bedford, ½ for visiting team Tables on upper deck balcony.

Visitor side:

They will be setting up their families on the left side of the deck as you enter the main gate to the pool, as well as 1/2 the area under the back pergola between the pool and the playground.

Parking: Please, No SHARK parking in our pool lot. Please park along one side of Bedfordtown Drive or walk to the pool if you can. We will reserve our pool lot for the visiting team as many of them do for us when we visit their pools. PLEASE DO NOT DOUBLE PARK ON THE STREETS OR BLOCK ALLEYS.

Food: Food Trucks : Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck and JAM Ice Cream

Snack bar will be open selling Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwiches or nuggets for $5 and the Meal including chips and a drink for $8.50 and will have usual items like candy, ice cream, healthy snacks,chips,mac and cheese and microwavable pizza and drinks. CREDIT CARD ONLY. CASH is NOT Accepted.

Reminders:

No alcohol at TSA events, we can be disqualified if someone is found with alcohol on the property.

Team suits are not required.

Goggles are strongly recommended.
