The Bedford Sharks Coaches and Managers are happy to announce a special opportunity for our Sharks to be coached by two Marlins Of Raleigh Coaches from the AG3 and 4 and Senior Elite Marlins groups. This will be a one hour swim clinic focusing on stroke technique and tips. Swimmers will gather at 8:30 to warm up and have a chat with Coach Mike and Billy and then the clinic will begin at 9:00am-10am. This is open to swimmers ages 7 and up. Unfortunately, 6 and under will not be able to participate in the morning clinic. All afternoon practices will go on as usual. 

Coaches will have donuts to hand out after the clinic! 

We hope to see our Sharks on Deck on the 7th!
