Deadline to declare for this meet is Sunday June 12th! The deadline to declare for any meet closes the Sunday before the meet. Please go onto https://bedford.swimtopia.com/ and click on the swim meet date and “meet entry”, your swimmer should come up, then click edit and declare “attending this meet or not attending this meet” and then click save.

Don’t forget, only swimmers who are declared are eligible for main events and relays.

All Volunteers check in with Tracey at the front gate, She will not check her email after 4:00 so if you have any issues please text her at 215-868-0394.

All jobs are full! Thank you! Please contact Tracey directly if something comes up and you are unable to fulfill your commitment. Thank you for all of your help!!

Please remember the park and slide pool are CLOSED to ALL SWIMMERS. Parents please keep a watchful eye on your kids and remember they should stay with a parent or guardian until their kid pusher calls them.

PLEASE bring a water bottle so you and your swimmers stay hydrated. Please remind your swimmer to remove their cap after they swim so they can stay cool .

Have your shark wear their team shirts! If you did not receive your team shirt, please see Amanda Harris under the pool deck between 4-5pm on Tuesday only, to pick up your shirt. 

Arrive: 4:30 PM (as close to 4:30 as you can)

Warm Ups: 5:00 PM TEAM PHOTO 5:35pm

Meet Start: 6:00 PM

Home side:

Tables behind starter under pergola (please leave the two directly behind the starter for managers and scorers/ribbon writers)

Tables at the far end of the pool, under pergola--½ for Bedford, ½ for visiting teamTables on upper deck balcony.

Visitor side:

They will be setting up their families on the left side of the deck as you enter the main gate to the pool, as well as 1/2 the area under the back pergola between the pool and the playground.

Parking: Please, No SHARK parking in our pool lot. Please park along one side of Bedfordtown Drive or walk to the pool if you can. We will reserve our pool lot for the visiting team as many of them do for us when we visit their pools. PLEASE DO NOT DOUBLE PARK ON THE STREETS OR BLOCK ALLEYS.

Food: We will have Mr Cheesesteak and JAM Ice Cream

Snack Bar will have regular menu items.

No alcohol at TSA events, we can be disqualified if someone is found with alcohol on the property.

Team suits are not required.

Goggles are strongly recommended.
